In addition to the above services, I work with:
- Aspiring student-athletes who want to balance their academic and athletic commitments, be it at home or abroad (like I did at CalPoly). 
- Youth athletes who are sampling multiple sports or specialising in one, and want to better understand and improve their mental approach. 
- People who want holistic lifestyle support that encompasses sport and other aspects of wellbeing, such as emotional and social health. 
- Business people who would like to enhance their mental skills for workplace performance, personal matters or recreational sport (e.g., improve golf handicap). 
Framework for Individual Consultations
- Introductory phone call to discuss plan: - Conduct “Gap Analysis” to determine potential areas of improvement. - OR 
- Agree to focus on area specified by client. 
 
- Conduct follow-up consultations in person or on Zoom/MS Teams. - Agree number of sessions in advance to increase commitment. 
- Provide ongoing support via email/phone/WhatsApp, if appropriate. 
 
- Formulate long-term plan and tools to sustain improvement. 
Considerations for Teams
- I can work with teams, leadership groups or coaches… or a mix of all three. 
- Workshops can be in person or on Zoom/MS Teams, with option for individual follow-ups.
