Aspiring student-athletes who want to balance their academic and athletic commitments, be it at home or abroad (like I did at CalPoly).
Youth athletes who are sampling multiple sports or specialising in one, and want to better understand and improve their mental approach.
People who want holistic lifestyle support that encompasses sport and other aspects of wellbeing, such as emotional and social health.
Business people who would like to enhance their mental skills for workplace performance, personal matters or recreational sport (e.g., improve golf handicap).
Framework for Individual Consultations
Introductory phone call to discuss plan:
Conduct “Gap Analysis” to determine potential areas of improvement.
OR
Agree to focus on area specified by client.
Conduct follow-up consultations in person or on Zoom/MS Teams.
Agree number of sessions in advance to increase commitment.
Provide ongoing support via email/phone/WhatsApp, if appropriate.
Formulate long-term plan and tools to sustain improvement.
Considerations for Teams
I can work with teams, leadership groups or coaches… or a mix of all three.
Workshops can be in person or on Zoom/MS Teams, with option for individual follow-ups.
Supportive resources can be provided.
